In a very personal and priviate matter we are posting on the front page of our site today, DiRT is announcing that he will be undergoing Gender-Transitioning surgery today to become PCN's first female full-time reviewer Donna, which may also be written as DoNNa. "After yesterday's unmasking, I decided it was time to fully reveal who I am." DiRT will be undergoing the surgery today under the skilled hands of Hans Gruber, surgeon at the famed Gennaro-McClane Hospital in Los Angeles.
