Writer Olivia Olson (voice of Marceline, Cartoon Network\u2019s\u00a0Adventure Time<\/em>) and artist Slimm Fabert (Adventure Time\u00a0<\/em>comic series) bring fans the exciting official comic book continuation by revealing what\u2019s next for the once immortal Simon and the still immortal Vampire Queen Marceline in comic book form.<\/p>\n

Marcy and Simon’s friendship has endured over 900 years and through bouts of insanity and amnesia but just when Marcy thinks she\u2019s found a way to restore Simon\u2019s memories for good, things take a turn for the worse. The Dark Lord of the Nightosphere, Marcy\u2019s dad, messed up and somehow mixed Simon\u2019s identity with his Ice King persona. Now Simon\u2019s caught between his present and his past, and Marcy thinks it\u2019s all her fault. Will she manage to save Simon from the influence of dark magic and salvage their friendship with the help of Jake, Finn, Bubblegum, and the gang? Or will Simon succumb to the curse of the Ice King once more?<\/p>\n

A modern-day fable, the critically-acclaimed\u00a0Adventure Time\u00a0<\/em>became a global success, attracting adult and kid viewers alike over the course of 10 seasons. It follows unlikely heroes Finn and Jake, buddies who traverse the mystical Land of Ooo and encounter its colorful inhabitants. The best of friends, our heroes always find themselves in the middle of heart-pounding escapades. ADVENTURE TIME\u2122: MARCY & SIMON<\/strong>\u00a0is Olson\u2019s third writing contribution to the expanded literary world of the eponymous franchise, previously collaborating with her father Martin Olson (the voice of \u201cHunson Abadeer\u201d) on The Adventure Time\u2122 Encyclopedia. The two also co-authored\u00a0Adventure Time\u2122: The Enchiridion & Marcy’s Super Secret Scrapbook<\/em>, written from a first-person perspective through Marceline’s diary entries about when she and Simon first met.
