Studios today announced\u00a0DREW AND JOT: DUELING DOODLES<\/strong>, the first original graphic novel release in a three volume series by Eisner and Harvey Award-winning cartoonist, Art Baltazar (Tiny Titans<\/em>), about the thrilling sketchbook adventures of superhero Drew, his trusty sidekick Jot, and their sworn nemesis Doctor Danger, which will debut in stores November 2019.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0DREW AND JOT: DUELING DOODLES<\/strong>, Andrew and Foz become best friends on the first day of fifth grade through their mutual love of drawing fun characters and crazy action. Their sketches practically come to life in their notebooks where they draw the amazing adventures of the flying superhero Drew, his canine sidekick Jot, and the diabolical villain Doctor Danger. It\u2019s a world of two best friends using their art to go on fun adventures and save the day \u2013 that is, until Andrew\u2019s little sister gets her hands on his notebook and scribbles a brand new threat that could ruin everything!<\/p>\n

Art Baltazar is an award-winning cartoonist from Chicago, IL. He has been creating comics ever since he can recall, self-publishing in 1994 with titles such as\u00a0The Cray-Baby Adventures<\/em>\u00a0and the famous\u00a0Patrick the Wolf Boy<\/em>. Baltazar is a creative force behind the New York Times bestselling and Eisner Award and Harvey Award-winning Tiny Titans, as well as the artist of the beloved DC Super-Pets children\u2019s book series! He co-wrote DC Comics\u2019\u00a0Billy Batson and the Magic of Shazam<\/em>,\u00a0Young Justice, Green Lantern Animated<\/em>(comic) and is the artist and co-writer for\u00a0Superman Family Adventures<\/em>,\u00a0Super Powers<\/em>, and the new\u00a0Superman of Smallville\u00a0<\/em>graphic novel from DC Comics, as well as the\u00a0Itty Bitty Hellboy\u00a0<\/em>series. Baltazar is co-founder of the\u00a0AW YEAH COMICS\u00a0<\/em>comic shop and co-creator of the\u00a0AW YEAH COMICS\u00a0<\/em>comic book series starring Action Cat and Adventure Bug.<\/p>\n
