Gameloft Launches the First Edition of the <\/strong>\u201cAsphalt esports Series\u201d Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gameloft pushes the boundaries of mobile esports with Black Shark, the official gaming device of the competition, in collaboration with ESL<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Paris, May 16, 2019 –<\/strong>\u00a0Gameloft, leader in the development and publishing of games, announces the launch of the \u201cAsphalt esports Series\u201d, a new mobile esports tournament in\u00a0<\/em>the world\u2019s most downloaded mobile racing franchise. Gameloft is taking it to the next level, partnering with ESL, the leading esports company, and bringing on Black Shark as the official gaming device of the tournament\u2019s first edition. An end fitting this inaugural \u201cAsphalt esports Series\u201d, the grand finale will happen at Gamescom, the largest gaming expo in Europe.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAsphalt esports Series\u201d will offer the players from 9 countries the chance to face off in\u00a0Asphalt\u00a09:\u00a0Legends,\u00a0<\/em>the\u00a0<\/em>multi-awarded mobile racing game. To spice up the competition, Gameloft has invited Porsche as the official car brand of the tournament. For four months, players will be able to enter an intense racing competition and compete to qualify for the grand finale where only the best player from each country* will be able to try and win the \u20ac20,000 prize.<\/p>\n
